Eligible for Return:

Best Before Date: The product has passed its Best Before date upon receipt. Incorrect Product: The wrong product was supplied.

Faulty Product:

Our team has deemed the product faulty. Retail or Wholesale Purchases: Products must be returned with a valid receipt within seven days of purchase to receive a full refund.

 Online Store Purchases: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to return the product. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued. For assistance, email us at nutsandetc@gmail.com.
